The site posed several unique challenges that required significant effort and technical expertise from 1 Arbor. One of the most notable obstacles was the need to chop through rock, which added complexity to the foundation work . This process required specialized equipment and careful planning to ensure the stability of the structure while dealing with tough terrain.Additionally, the site faced water-related issues that further complicated the construction. Managing water on the site required advanced drainage systems and constant monitoring to prevent flooding and waterlogging during construction.
Despite these difficulties, 1 Arbor was able to overcome these obstacles, transforming the site into a luxurious residential property while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
